Michela Lupi has a degree in Political Science with a major in social politics earned in 1998 at Cesare Alfieri University in Florence. She holds a Master in Corporate Coaching by CoachU Italia.
She has 15+ years of experience on Human Resources with main assignments as training leader and HR leader in both multinationals and no profit organizations.
Developing her career on different organizations (private sectors, universities) she has been involved with several different training activities, including organizational design, teaching organizational development and interpersonal communication skills.
She is currently a free lance professional Coach specialized in Business, Executive and Team Coaching.
She is certified as Change Acceleration Process Coach and Six Sigma – Green Belt. She is completing her accreditation as associated coach by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
