Felice Limosani

Limosani-Felice

Felice Limosani (1966) is a multidisciplinary creator. In the 80s and 90s he was a DJ and music producer (LIMOS -The night goes on- 2000 Undiscovered/Sony Music London). In 2001 he founded the startup company “SKYBAR wireless lifestyle support”, creating the first recreational MMS Apps (Angel Ventures) for Nokia. A precursor of digital storytelling, today he is an internationally known figure. His work is recognisable for its aesthetic and emotional involvement of the public. He works across the board for top brands and cultural institutions. He is a board member at the Fondazione di Venezia. He is also curator of the exhibition “Pianeta EXPO 2015 Conoscere, gustare, divertirsi” at the Triennale di Milano. The sociologist Francesco Morace, President of the Future Concept Lab, considers his work to be among the most innovative in artistic communication. He has held lectures at universities and international academies, including Stanford University, Saint Martins College of Art and Design, the ECAL Ecole Cantonale d’art de Lausanne, Ca? Foscari, Domus Academy, Expo Milano 2015 and La Sapienza University. He has created site-specific installations for the Louvre in Paris, Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, Padiglione Mies Van der Rohe in Barcelona, Whitechapel and Sketch Galleries in London and UNESCO.

His work combines digital storytelling, artistic metaphor and design thinking, blurring the borders between artistic languages, creative expression and unconventional communication.
