Writer and creative mind, with an education in art and sociology, Fabrizio is an author of novels, creative books and picture books, for which over the years he has received growing approval from public and critics alike in Italy and abroad, and won several prizes. In 2014 he received the Premio Andersen for best writer, for the following reason: “For being the best and most interesting voice in Italian children’s fiction in the past few years. For his extensive output and his ability to move easily and admirably between diverse narrative registers, from humour to the constraints of stories for the very young, picture books to teen fiction, creative projects to robust social commitment. For constant and clear quality in writing”. His books include: “Nemmeno con un fiore” Giunti, 2015 and “La doppia vita del signor Rosemberg”, Salani 2014. Picture books are “L’autobus di Rosa” for Orecchio Acerbo, “La chitarra di Django” for Uovonero edizioni and, for the very youngest readers, “Emoticon”, “L’inventastorie” and “L’inventamostri” for Fatatrac edizioni.
