Researcher with a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Siena and a doctorate in Studies in Visual Representation from the Italian Institute of Human Sciences.
Her field of study is contemporary art and image theory; she has written articles for Protagon, Aracne Editrice and Mimesis.
In 2013, she founded Squadrati with Daniele Dodaro; a social and market research company which analyses consumer trends and phenomena and helps firms to interpret and use them in their market strategies.
She writes about food and wine, focusing on the dynamics of policy and production as well as the language and imagery with which food products become part of the collective imagination.
