Clio Zammatteo, 32, is an Italian make-up artist who lives and works in New York.
In 2008 she launched her first Youtube channel, ClioMakeUp, followed by ClioMakeUpReview, whose videos have been viewed more than 182 million times. On Facebook ClioMakeUp has more than 1,800,000 followers, and on Instagram it quickly reached 803,000 followers. Clio makes video tutorials to teach the secrets of make up. In the wake of her online success she has published three bestselling books with Rizzoli. Her TV show, on air since 2012, has now made over 100 episodes, attracting record viewing figures. She continues to work behind the scenes: she never misses a Fashion Week and is often employed by prestigious brands and designers.
In June 2013 she launched the most eagerly-awaited beauty blog on the web, today Italy’s largest beauty community, which boasts more than 1.2 million individual users per month and 9.5 million page views monthly.
