Cinzia is a 15+ years experienced professional in the start up business, with passion for innovation, marketing and new technologies. Cinzia has started her career with the first Italian online community (Tin.it, 1998), and then moved to a small Competitive Intelligence organization (1999), before spending about 10 years with IDC, the leading market research and IT analysis firm. While at IDC, Cinzia took care of launching six IDC start-ups focusing on analysis of six key IT and business markets: finance, manufacturing, energy, government, healthcare and retail, in the EMEA region. Cinzia then moved to NY, USA, where her mission was to transform one of their key traditional media on IT in manufacturing into a successful online media. Back in Italy, Cinzia worked with a fashion eCommerce startup to develop the marketing and creative strategy before joining Deezer at the beginning of 2013.
