After years of digital publicity and programmes, what has been the impact of technology on Italian PA? Have we really modernised public administration, or have we merely bureaucratised the new technologies? During this session the main innovations of recent years will come under examination: from smart cities to the national registry office, digital identity to open data, in an attempt to understand what has changed for citizens and businesses… and what will change with the approval of the “Digital Citizenship Card” in the government’s proposed reform of PA.
