Patrizio Menchetti is Of Counsel to the Giurdanella & Associati law firm. He is a member of the Roll of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano (Milan Bar) and of the EU List o the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten bij de Balie te Brussel (Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar).
His practice focuses on contentious and non-contentious work in the following areas: International business law and European Union law, Internet, domain names, IT and telecoms, Competition (antitrust), Intellectual Property and Data Protection (Privacy). Before entering private practice he was a trainee with the European Commission, DG “Competition”, and an in-house lawyer with major multinational groups.
He still teaches the IT and telematics law module in the National School for In-house Lawyers established by AIGI, the Italian professional association of in-house lawyers.
