As Director of the IV Sector of the Comune of Forlimpopoli, Laila was involved in the Forlimpopoli Città Artusiana project ( www.forlimpopolicittartusiana.it), with particular responsibility for organising the Festa Artusiana, and coordinating its centenary celebrations (2011), which were based around the focal points of Forlimpopoli and Florence. In the same year, on the occasion of the Italian Language Week in the World, she organised the documentary exhibition and multi-lingual catalogue “100, 120, 150: Pellegrino Artusi e l’unità italiana in cucina”, which outlines Pellegrino Artusi’s work and philosophy and its relevance today (Tentoni co-wrote the text with Massimo Montanari), which has been circulated in 25 countries worldwide.
– design, execution and management of Casa Artusi, the first centre dedicated to domestic cooking, which opened in 2007. She holds the position of Vice President of the Casa Artusi.
She has also held several conferences on the figure of Artusi and Italian home cooking. She is co-author of the book “Pellegrino Artusi e la sua Romagna”, published by Casa Artusi in 2012.
