She holds a Master in Cooperation and Development at the Department of Economics and Statistics, at the University of Turin, specializing in the field of ICT4D and communication for human rights. In 2014 she lead a research in the field of ICT for agriculture in Senegal and in 2013 she followed a crowdmap project with Map Kibera in partnership with Ushahidi in Kenya.
She is currently the project manager of Agritools, a research journalism project tha investigates the use of ICT in agriculture in Africa and is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the European Journalism Centre.
She collaborates with several projects and newspapers on the issue of ICTs for development, with a particular focus on Africa.
