Andrea Corigliano is a graduate in Physics with specialisation in Atmospheric Physics and Meteorology; he is also a meteorologist and science teacher.
During the 2011-2012 academic year he taught meteorology at the “G. Byron” Technical Secondary School in Genoa and the following year, Maths and Physics in several schools in La Spezia, where he lives. Between 2012 and 2014 he worked with Colonel Mario Giuliacci on his portal, drafting reports, weather- and climate-related articles and editing video forecasts for the website.
In February 2005 he began writing an eight-volume series for Casa Editrice Ronca, entitled Meteorologia and geared to spreading the culture of atmospheric sciences: the first volume, an in-depth study of the atmosphere, was published last July.
