Engagement: this is the watchword for edition zero of the FAS – Forum sull’Alimentazione Sostenibile (Forum on Sustainable Food) – which over four weeks in April 2016 will make a lasting interpretation of the commitment undertaken by the Milan Charter. The Forum aims to be a place for dialogue, experimentation and debate on the macro-theme of sustainability, expressed in specific participatory cultural content.
